The State of Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of all state agencies, awarded MAXIMUS (NYSE:MMS) a contract to implement the web-based, PeopleSoft(R) eProcurement software solution for the State.
The contract is valued at $1 million over a two-year term. This strategic win positions MAXIMUS in the still-evolving e-procurement marketplace.
The State expects the Internet-based procurement system to enable cooperative purchasing from the State's commodity contracts eligible entities.
