CEBU CITY, May 28 Asia Pulse - Another multi-billion-peso agrarian reform project is expected to assist farmer beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) for them to attain sustainability.
Agrarian Reform Secretary Roberto M. Pagdanganan recently launched the Belgian Integrated Agrarian Reform Support Programme (BIAR-SP) Phase lll here in Cebu.
The BIARSP is the first foreign-assisted project of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) for the development of agrarian reform communities (ARCs).
