HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2003
The Meridian Resource Corporation (NYSE:TMR) today announced initial production results from its Biloxi Marshlands No. 6-2 well. The well was tested into the sales line from the Lower Cris "I" sand interval through perforations between 11,181 and 11,201 feet at a stabilized gross daily flow rate of approximately 30 million cubic feet of gas per day, at 2,625 psi flowing tubing pressure ("FTP") with shut-in tubing pressure measured at 3,800 psi.
