WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, May 30 /PRNewswire/ -- British Airways and American Airlines say they are eager to get to work on a codeshare arrangement, formally approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation today, which allows the airlines to codeshare on a large number of flights beyond the carriers' gateways in the United Kingdom and the United States.
