ALEXANDER LUKASHENKO DECREES TO NAME BEST FRONTIER POSTS AFTER BELARUSIAN FRONTIERSMEN

Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko has issued decrees naming the best frontier posts after Belarusian frontiersmen, who laid down their lives when on duty, Interfax learnt from a source at the press office of the Belarusian president on Thursday.

According to the press officer, the 2nd frontier post of the 16th border unit of the Belarusian Frontier Troops has been named after senior lieutenant Feodossi Kirichenko, who perished on the first day of the Great Patriotic War protecting state border in Grodno district.
