Michel Jourdain Jr. captured the Milwaukee Mile Centennial 250, the first night race in Champ Car history, defeating Oriol Servia by 0.468 seconds.

The victory was the first of Jourdain Jr.'s Champ Car career in his 126th event. The Mexico City native had never finished better than third in eight years of Champ Car racing, but had all but locked up a trip to Victory Lane at this year's Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach when a mechanical problem knocked him out of the race just seven laps from the finish line. Servia, a close friend of Jourdain Jr.'s off the track, also earned a career-best finish. ...
