Autron Electronics' sales are growing in the wake of tightened speeding laws. The Victorian firm manufactures and distributes electronic cruise control systems. Sales manager Joe Xuereb says sales were up by 30% in 2002, and the company expects them to gain by 45% in 2003, to more than $A3m. The organisation was formed in 1989 by Keith Anderson and Frank Fogl, an electronics engineer formerly with VDO.
