The Dodgers opened the season with a 46 record, just lukewarm. So were their dogs.
During an afternoon home game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on April 9, inspectors from the L.A. County Department of Health and Human Services closed two Dodger Dog stands for not having hot water.
A Dodger spokesman said faulty water heaters at the two concession stands, which are on opposite sides of the stadium, couldn't raise water temperatures to the 132 degrees mandated ...
