Cultural affairs in Madison has take a turn for the better with the advance of the High Noon Saloon through the city approval process.
For those not aware of it, the High Noon Saloon is the latest effort to replace the much lamented O'Cayz Corral, which perished in a fire on Jan. 1, 2001. O'Cayz was a key element in Madison's live music scene, and its absence has left a vacuum of venues.
