Jun. 3--ROYNET SHAREHOLDERS TO MEET ON JUNE 27: Roynet Plc will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on June 27, with the share register to attend the meeting closed on June 17.
In a statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Roynet said the meeting agenda would include consideration of the resignation of 12 directors, new board appointments and a review of 2002 financial statements.
The SET last week threatened Roynet directors with being blacklisted from holding seats on listed companies unless a meeting was convened.
