Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE:OFC), the largest owner of commercial office properties in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor, announced today the $71.2 million acquisition of 13200 Woodland Park Drive, a 404,665 square foot Class A office building located in Herndon, Virginia.

The thirteen-story building is presently 100% leased by VeriSign, Inc., a provider of infrastructure services for the Internet and telecommunications networks.
