Jun. 5--PANAMA CITY, Fla.--There are 50 cities in the United States trying to lure Southwest Airlines to their markets
And, there is only one of those cities with a legitimate chance of landing the low-cost carrier.
That city is Panama City.
Darryl Jenkins, executive director of the Aviation Institute and a professor at George Washington University, made that assertion during a Partners In Progress-sponsored seminar at Florida State University-Panama City on Wednesday.
