Shanghai. June 6. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Shanghai and Hong Kong-listed Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd., announced that the H-shares in the company held by JP Morgan Chase & Co. have risen to 174,273,125 as of May 30, representing 6.07% of its total capitalization of 2.87 bln.

Located in Jining, a city in eastern China's Shandong Province, the company is a subsidiary of the Yankuang Group. It specializes in coal mining, processing, sales, railway transportation and exports.
