ANOKA, Minn. -- ANOKA, Minn., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Northstar Corridor Development Authority Board (NCDA) voted unanimously yesterday to continue its efforts to obtain funding for the Northstar commuter rail project in the 2004 Minnesota legislative session. The board's decision was reinforced by an encouraging telephone call from Governor Tim Pawlenty during the meeting of the group of city, county and township officials.
