Callers to The Kentucky Post Reader's Hotline want to close the bar at graduations, prom nights or any occasion where teen-agers gather to party.
"When children are old enough to drink, that's their choice,'' said one caller. "But, when they are teen-agers, parents set a bad example when they allow teen drinking parties.''
At this peak of graduation season, some parents, saying they realize their teen-agers are going to drink anyway at the various school-end celebrations, are hosting parties where they supply the beer, but also control its flow, monitor the drinking and confiscate car keys when any driver appears to ...
