Sara Lee Corporation announced today the appointment of William J. Nictakis to the new position of president, U.S. Fresh Bakery for Sara Lee Bakery Group, effective immediately.
In this role, Nictakis will be responsible for leading Sara Lee Bakery Group's largest business unit, U.S. Fresh Bakery, which manufactures, markets and delivers fresh bakery products under such well-known brands as Sara Lee, Earth Grains and IronKids to retailers from coast to coast.
