Jun. 9--To be a bona fide bargain shopper, you can't limit yourself to clipping coupons, digging through clearance bins and negotiating car and home purchases.
You've got to search for steals on stuff you can't eat or show off to friends. You've got to hunt for cheap insurance.
Earlier this year, a survey of 1,010 adults found 91 percent had recently compared prices of products and services.
