Jun. 9--VIRGINIA CITY, Mont.--Back in the 1860s, patrons of the J. F. Stoer Saloon in Virginia City probably wouldn't have been all that surprised to see a horse come walking through the door.
But a Harley certainly would have raised some eyebrows.
At Virginia City's Bale of Hay Saloon this summer, a visitor could come face to face with a cowboy shooting pool from the back of his horse or a biker sitting on a Harley or perhaps even a buckskin-clad man packing a hatchet and a black powder rifle as the saloon's new managers look for ways to recreate the wild ...
