When Pacific National (PN) bought National Rail, it also acquired tenancy of Queensland's Acacia Ridge terminal. In June 2003, Queensland Rail (QR) has formally ended PN's tenancy at the important terminal. The rail operator wants to remain at the terminal and intends to challenge QR. A company spokesman claims QR does not have the right to cancel the tenancy deal. PN, which is owned by Toll and Patrick Corporation, has threatened to take legal action.
