CLOVER-TO-YOPLAIT group Dairy Crest posted a 4pc rise in full-year profits yesterday despite feeling the impact of over-supply in the cheese market.
The group, which has a plant in Kirkby and makes CathedralCity and Davidstow cheddar, saw margins hit after cheese prices fell to their lowest level in 10 years because of the oversupply in the market.
