RALEIGH, N.C. -- RALEIGH, N.C., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The HR-XML Consortium, the worldwide, vendor-neutral standards organization for human resources data interchange, has launched a new initiative to develop a standard for the exchange of HR metrics data. The goal of this project is the development of an interchange standard to make it easier to integrate metrics data across different systems.
