The state owned BIV (Banco Industrial de Venezuela) ended 2002 with losses of Bs$27,8bil, but an auditing from Alcaraz Cabrera & Vazquez auditors showed that in December 2002 BIV had fiscal losses of Bs$370,18bil, of which Bs$163,6bil passed to 2003, Bs$68,12bil until 2004, and Bs$138,4bil until 2005.
