Johnson Controls makes acquisition
NAPERVILLE - Johnson Controls Inc. said Wednesday it plans to acquire Borg Instruments AG, an automotive electronics company based in Remchingen, Germany, in an all-cash deal. Specific terms were not disclosed, but privately held Borg had 2002 sales of $63.8 million.
