SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- CareTech Solutions, Inc., the healthcare affiliate of Compuware Corporation, today announced a five-year Information Technology (IT) outsourcing agreement with Crittenton Hospital Medical Center (CHMC) of Rochester, Michigan. The agreement became effective on June 11, 2003.
Under the agreement, CHMC will utilize CareTech Solutions as a strategic partner and employ its full spectrum of IT outsourcing services including operations and applications management, administrative support and consulting services for CHMC's hospital, affiliated outpatient centers and physician practices.
