Some businessmen in the small hydroelectric power segment fear that the Brazilian Ministry of Energy & Mines postpone, again, the deadline for the establishment of the renewable sources energy acquisition prices, benefited by Proinfa program (Programa de Incentivo as Fontes Alternativas).
