After ramping up production to meet the demand for one of the hottest fads in recent memory -- the "Iraqi Most Wanted'' deck of cards -- Norwood's U.S. Playing Card is cranking out decks of the follow-up -- the "Operation Iraqi Freedom U.S. Military Heroes" cards.
The largest maker of playing cards in the country has already turned out 100,000 decks of the new cards that feature President Bush as the ace of spades, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Gen. Tommy Franks.
If the "Heroes" are as popular as the "Most Wanted" deck, it could mean more around-the-clock work for U.S. Playing Card. For several weeks in ...
