Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'F1+' rating to Washtenaw County, MI's $9,000,000 general obligation limited tax notes, series 2003 taxable obligations (the notes). The notes are scheduled to sell on a negotiated basis on June 17 through Comerica Securities. Dated the day of sale, the notes will mature on March 11, 2004 and will not be subject to redemption prior to maturity.
