Biomagnetic Technologies Inc. is engaged primarily in the business of manufacturing and selling products called biomagnetometers that measure magnetic fields created by the human body. Its sytems are used by research hospitals and clinics for basic and clinical research applications. For fiscal year end Sept. 30, 1990, the company reported a net loss of $8.9 million, compared to a loss of $5.4 million for fiscal year 1989.
