Jun. 14--NATURAL-FOOD CHAIN PLANS EXPANSION: Earth Fare, which operates seven natural and organic markets in the Southeast, plans to double its size by the end of 2005.
While it's unclear if any will be added in Georgia or metro Atlanta, the outlook is promising, given the chain has a market in Athens.
Stores already under construction include those in Mount Pleasant, S.C., which opens in September, and Knoxville, which opens next spring.
