The future of home care has arrived. It's Telehealth,, an innovative method' of providing monitoring and education to patients at home. Utilizing telecommunication technology a nurse can care for patients without actually being in their homes. The Visiting Nurse Association of Hudson Valley (VNA) is proud to be the only agency in Westchester County offering Telehealth to their patients.
