Jun. 18--Shoppers are increasingly buying yoga mats and organic sheets, according to new research from the 2003 Understanding the LOHAS Market consumer report.
The study of more than 2,000 U.S. households conducted by the Natural Marketing Institute in Harleysville, Pa., will be unveiled at the 7th LOHAS Market Trends Conference this week at the Omni Interlocken Resort.
The Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) market is a $226.8 billion industry, according to Natural Business Communications.
