KANSAS CITY, Mo. _ Bruce Fearon dotes on his hundreds of elderly Medicare patients.
One shows him the old hot rods he restores. Veterans tell him war stories. Others offer travel tips.
Ask Fearon whether he would want more patients like them, and he will answer regretfully, no.
