HARRISBURG, Pa. -- HARRISBURG, Pa., June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell today commended the Pennsylvania Senate for confirming M. Diane Koken as Commissioner of the Insurance Department. This confirmation marks the third consecutive confirmation of Ms. Koken to the position since first being appointed in 1997.
