Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has released its real estate investor sentiment survey. The Australian survey found sentiment is low, but the outlook for July to December 2003 remains positive. Jane Murray, JLL's head of research, said 32 per cent of respondents foresaw short-term gains, while 14 per cent had negative expectations.
