Investors in Mexico now will be able to buy or sell mutual funds linked to the performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Dow Jones Indexes, one of the leading global index providers, issued its first such licenses in Mexico to Santander Serfin, Mexico's third-largest fund company, and Actinver Fondos de Inversion, Mexico's largest independent fund company.
