Jun. 18--SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.--Youth sports -- it's not just kids having fun anymore.
"It's big business," said Steve Henthorn," president of the Youth Sports Alliance division and the San Bernardino Visitors and Convention Bureau. "It's all about filling hotel rooms." With hard-nosed competition everywhere for the increasingly lucrative slice of the hospitality dollar and to help build a youth sports capital here, the bureau is turning to the Internet with a glitzy Web site.
