Stamford's absorption rate shows a dramatic gain

Stamford's office leasing market shows encouraging signs of recovery based on an analysis of first-half activity, according to Michael Trolle and Michael Weissleder, co-directors of commercial leasing for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, Stamford.

For the first six months of the year, 1,545,000 square feet of office space was leased in Fairfield County compared to 2,281,000 square feet for all of 1989.
