News of the year
- Miss America Erika Harold talked with students in April.
- School spent the year under construction, undergoing additions and remodeling.
- Orchesis dance troupe chosen for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago's DIAMOND program. As a participant, Hubbard sent teachers to the school to give classes and a Hubbard Street training group gave performances at the high school, among other things.
