Jun. 20--Thai Airways International Plc (THAI) will likely rack up operating losses totalling seven billion baht for the period from April to August due to the Sars outbreak.
The airline expects to reach the break-even point for operations in September or October at the latest, according to THAI president Kanok Abhiradee.
The national carrier had an operating loss of 1.1 billion baht in April and two billion in May.
For June, it expects to lose another two billion baht while conditions are expected to improve in July and August with losses ...
