Jun. 22--The information technology industry -- one of the linchpins of Minnesota's and the nation's robust economy through 2000 -- remains mired in a stubborn slump.
It's a downturn that few workers in the industry thought they would ever see, a downturn that reflects Minnesota's worst job market in two decades.
