PT Maspion, a major producer of household equipment plans to issue bond valued at Rp 500 billion with a fixed coupon rate. The bond will be listed on the Surabaya Stock Exchange on July 1. Offering will start on May 27 until June 6, 2003.
According to plan, around Rp 250 billion expected to be raised from the bond sales will be used to repay short and mid term debts to banks. The rest wll be used to strengthen its working capital.
