Charles Milhaud was elected President by the Board of the European Savings Banks Group (ESBG) on June 20. Mr Milhaud is President of the French Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne, and he takes over at the ESBG from Raymond Kirsch, President of Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat of Luxembourg.
