The demand for electric generators has been slow during the year so far, says Mr. Manuel Regalado, general manager of the Construcciones Electromecanicas Delcrosa S.A. company. Mr. Regalado says that this is due to the lack of significant investment in the mining and electricity sectors resulting from problems related to the legislation related to juridical and tax stability.
