Jun. 24--Gregg Norris worked for some of the biggest names in beer. He learned to rate a brew's character from "hoppiness to drinkability," and he made all varieties of ales and lagers.
But supervising production lines for Anheuser-Busch and designing brewery e...uipment for Coors and Guinness was not enough. What this 38-year-old brewmaster wanted was a factory of his own.
