WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Two North American biopharmaceutical companies and one French biotech startup were honored by the French government yesterday evening at the third annual French Lifesciences Awards ceremony held at the Maison Francaise -- Embassy of France in Washington, DC during the BIO 2003 convention.
The three companies honored this year were Ciphergen Biosystems Inc., based in Fremont, CA, Idenix Pharmaceutical Inc., based in Cambridge, MA, and ExonHit Therapeutics, based in Paris, France.
