Fitch Ratings has affirmed six classes of notes issued by Mountain Capital CLO II LTD., (Mountain II). These affirmations are the result of Fitch's annual review process. The following rating actions are effective immediately:

-- $45,000,000 class A-2 notes 'AAA';
-- $50,000,000 class A-3 notes 'AA-';
