Fitch Ratings has affirmed four classes of notes issued by Mountain Capital CLO I LTD., (Mountain I). These affirmations are the result of Fitch's annual review process. The following rating actions are effective immediately:
-- $278,189,062 class A-1 notes 'AAA';
-- $105,000,000 class A-2 notes 'AAA';
-- $30,000,000 class A-3 notes 'A-';
-- $43,000,000 class B-1 notes 'BBB-'.
