Jilin regulates disposal of mining rights of insolvent state-owned coal mines
Shanghai. June 25. INTERFAX-CHINA - The provincial government of northeastern China's Jilin Province recently promulgated regulations on how to deal with the mining rights of the province's insolvent state-owned coal mines.
Wholly state-owned coal mines attempting to launch asset restructuring after bankruptcy are exempt from the official verification on coal reserves and appraisal on mining rights, but the originally registered mining rights will be quashed and mining licenses simultaneously written off.
