NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2003

Revlon, Inc. (NYSE:REV) today announced the appointment of Carl Kooyoomjian, Executive Vice President, Technical Affairs and Worldwide Operations, effective June 30, 2003. Mr. Kooyoomjian will replace Elias Hebeka, Ph.D who is retiring from the Company at the end of the year.

In this capacity, Mr. Kooyoomjian will head global operations and the research and development organization. He will report to Jack Stahl, President and Chief Executive Officer and, for the transition period, Dr. Hebeka.
