Prosecutor Finds DBTEL Allegations Baseless and Lacking Merit
LIBERTYVILLE, Ill., June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, Motorola, Inc. announced a key milestone in its ongoing legal defense against claims made by Taipei-based DBTEL. In a critical decision handed down on June 6, 2003, the Prosecutor's Office of the Taipei District Court dismissed all criminal complaints filed by DBTEL in September 2002 against Motorola.
